1. Want Got Gaps - there are gaps between what you want and what you got usually.
2. APCFB Model - This is a psychological model where A means assumptions, P -perceptions, C-conclusions, F-feelings, and B-behaviors.
3. VCM, the leadership styles. V-vision, C-commitment, and M-management. They should be balanced.

My First Meeting in Sillicon Valley

It was a hot summer, and I just got hired by a high tech company. It was a group meeting, yes, it is my frist group meeting! My boss first introduced me, that included my name, school names, etc. Then every body welcomed me.
Next, we discussed what happened with current projects, the progresses, the key issues, the status. If ther is any key issue, how should we handle.
To me, the exciting part is to know what we were doing and who was doing what. Also, I learned how a manager handled the projects, and the fromat of the meeting.
It was really a good meeting!
